TRANSFERING MONEY FROM ONE CLIENT ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER
When a Client requests transferring money from his account to another Client’s account for their own personal reasons:
1. Take the amount from the donor Client’s account using “New Debit”;
Reason for debit: “Misc.”;
Notes: “Transferred this as a credit to [recipient Clients full name] per [donor client’s first name].”
2. Add the same amount to the recipient Client’s Account using “New Credit”;
Payment Type: “Misc.”;
Notes on RSR: “Transferred from [donor client’s full name] per [donor client’s first name] .”
