Updating Payroll Data in Intuit (B of A) in January and in July
Step 1: Log on to the online banking website. Under “Business Services” tab, select the message “Take care of business….” “Continue” (to another website – Intuit).
Step 2: Select Employee tab and an employee’s Last Name.
Step 3: In “Pay” section, select “Edit”.
Step 4: In “Pay” section, change Salary amount, then “OK” at bottom of this page and the next page.
Step 5: On returning Employee tab (screen), in “Deductions & Contributions” section, select “Edit”.
Step 6: For 401k: change Employee “Deduction for Benefits” and/or “Company Contributions” as appropriate. Select OK
Step 7: On returning Employee tab (screen), in “Employees” selection slot, select next employee’s name and then repeat above Steps 3 – 6.
