FILE FORM, PAY ONLINE; DO NOT MAIL FORM; ENTER CHECK IN FM

DO NOT MAIL A CHECK!!!

Step 1:  Log on to online banking website. Under “Business Services” tab, select the message “Take care of business….” “Continue” (to another website – Intuit).

Step 2:  From prior step, screen above shows up with “To Do” tab selected; read messages; if showing up, select 940 (FUTA).

Step 3: From prior step, screen above shows up. If there is a problem, sign out; if such FUTA taxes are not due yet, sign out; otherwise at right select “Create Payment”. DO NOT MAIL FORM OR A CHECK!!!

Step 4: From prior step, screen above shows up. Select “Cancel” till they are due or “OK”.

Step 5: From prior step, screen above shows up. If there is a problem, sign out; otherwise, select “Approve“. Print (1) copy of 940 Form for your records and email one to Ray.

Step 6: From prior step, screen above shows up. Print a copy for your own records and email a copy to Ray.

Step 7: Go to “Taxes & Forms”, then “Forms”; then “Annual Forms”; Form “940”. Click “View” to download; print a copy for your records, email a copy to Ray along with copies from steps 8 & 9.

Step 8: Enter online payment to FUTA in FM
